The space was completely renovated and completed in 2019 leaving the original warehouse materials intact. Sonos speakers for streaming music, Nest Thermostats, Keyless Locks add a modern touch. 82 inch 4K TV in the main room is prefect for everything from watching the game to giving presentations. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 10 foot kitchen island and matching dining table, both constructed on site from local reclaimed heart pine. The courtyard features a crystal clear pool and ample space for outdoor entertaining. The rooftop deck is great for unwinding or getting started. Off street parking.

Each bedroom has free wifi, 40 inch TV with Netflix and HD antenna for some local live channels, Memory Foam Mattress and most have desks or work spaces.

This gorgeous house sits within walking distance of every place you'll want to visit in New Orleans. There are 10 rooms with almost all having their own private bathroom and shower. Everything is sparkling clean and there are plenty of extras like makeup towels and qtips. The living area is huge and friends and family can all easily enjoy socializing and eating in the kitchen and attached dining area. Lindsay the host is very responsive and super nice and will quickly answer any questions you may have. I would totally recommend this place to large groups coming into town to do some site seeing.

This house was as spectacular as advertised. This is a place that looked exactly like the pictures. The location was a walk away from Frenchmen and Bourbon Street and in a very cool neighbor. Our contact Lindsay was very friendly and accommodating. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

Phenomenal stay! The industrial-chic styled space was perfect for our reunion with friends. Massive amount of space, open concept and loaded with tons of amenities in a very convenient location. This place is a gem! Hope to return soon. It is beautifully done, brand new and has wonderful amenities. For those who don't know New Orleans, this is a perfect location with all the things you want to do in the Quarter and the Marigny all within a few blocks to 1.5 miles and easy walk. You could never find a place of this size with these amenities any closer. It was perfectly clean, great AC - something very important in N.O. and a beautiful outdoor space and pool. I was with a group on my ladies in town to see a concert together and we felt safe and absolutely loved the experience. Great hosts with awesome communication!

The house is amazing! It is even better than the pictures. There was so much space that we never felt cramped or crowded. The bathrooms were clean! The backyard is a little oasis. It's in a great location. Short walk to Frenchman street and French Quarters. We never had to uber which was great since we were a large group and would've had to order multiple ubers. We got rained in one day but with there being tvs in every room and so much space, it didn't impact our fun. I hope to stay here again the next time i'm visiting NOLA.

Outstanding home!!! We traveled with a large family group with married couples and singles, and this house did not disappoint! Every bedroom was decorated with such detail, and the bathrooms were excellent! The common spaces were great for hanging out, playing games, and laughs. You will be blown away by the cleanliness, chic decor, and modern details featured throughout the home. We will be back!

Could not recommend this place more. This was for a work team retreat and it was perfect. The TV in the main room is MASSIVE and was perfect for presenting. Everyone had their own big room and bathroom. The house is incredibly stylish and clean. Walking distance from tons of attractions. Everyone loved this place, it was perfect. Noone wanted to leave!

Fantastic lodging! We booked this accommodation for a company retreat and everything was superb. Large living quarters the pool was a great touch and used daily by our team. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. The house exceeded our expectations and had everything our group needed, centrally located to many restaurants and famous streets. This home was much more than we expected. We had a family reunion and we had so much space and lots of conversation areas so everyone was not on top of each other. The home is decorated gorgeous and the outside pool are is wonderful! We could walk a block to the grocery store and just a few blocks to the French quarter. I will definitely stay in the home again.

This place is amazing! Sparkling clean with open space for entertaining, but also well laid out so that everyone could have their own private bedroom space. Each bedroom is well decorated with small, thoughtful details that give it its own style, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The check in process was smooth, and everyone was quick to respond with any questions we had. Off street parking was a huge plus! This was definitely one of the coolest places we have stayed. We will be back!
